Montgomery College is seeking an Allied Health Director for the Radiologic Technology program in Takoma Park. The role leads curriculum development, accreditation, and faculty leadership while teaching a limited number of courses.

Leadership experience in radiologic technology programs.
Curriculum development and assessment aligned with accreditation standards.
Familiarity with JRCERT accreditation standards and reporting.
Budget management and resource planning for a program.
Experience recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating faculty.
Teaching at the post-secondary level in radiologic technology.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for the RADT program, including faculty development and workload management.
Lead curriculum development, assessment, and compliance with professional standards and accreditation.
Maintain documentation to support program accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Manage program budget and instructional resources in collaboration with key staff.
Oversee student recruitment, admissions, advising, retention, and clinical placements.
Ensure clinical site compliance with medical background requirements and safety standards.
Represent the program in internal and external partnerships and promote workforce development.
