Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist license.
  • ARRT (R) certification required.
  • BLS certification upon hire.
  • One year or more Radiology/X-ray experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and perform standard X-ray examinations and fluoroscopic procedures as needed.
  • Operate portable imaging equipment and support surgical X-ray needs.
  • Ensure proper positioning and technical factors to obtain optimal images.
  • Contribute to emergency imaging, trauma care, and routine exams with a collaborative team.

Weekend Day Shift Options

Choose from one of the following full‑time schedules:

  • Option 1: Friday – Sunday 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Option 2: Saturday – Monday 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Enjoy a consistent schedule with no rotating shifts and more time for family, travel, and outdoor recreation.

What You'll Do

Prepare for and perform standard X‑ray examinations and may perform fluoroscopic procedures. Performs portable examinations and may perform surgical X‑ray procedures. Utilizes proper positioning and selection of appropriate technical factors using various radiographic equipment to obtain optimal results. From emergency imaging to routine outpatient exams, every day brings new opportunities to make a difference.

  • This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.
  • Multiple positions may be filled through this posting.
  • Working Conditions: This role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching and the use of fine motor skills while operating medical equipment. The ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds and assist with patient handling (up to 35 pounds, with assistive devices as appropriate) is required. Regular exposure to biohazards, bodily fluids, and airborne particles is expected. Vision, hearing, and communication abilities sufficient to safely perform the essential functions of the position are required.
