McLeod Health is hiring a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) for weekend coverage in Florence, SC. The role runs Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, with a 72-hour biweekly schedule and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

You will perform diagnostic radiographic exams, position patients, operate equipment, and ensure image quality under physician orders. Requires AMA-approved radiologic technology education, ARRT eligibility or certification within 12 months, SC licensure, and BLS.

Competenze

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology or eligible for ARRT credentialing.
• ARRT certification required within 12 months of program completion and SC radiologic technologist license.
• Current BLS certification.

Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) - Weekend Only Work

Schedule: Full-Time, 72 Hours Biweekly

Shift: Day Shift

Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure images meet quality standards for radiologist interpretation.
• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
• Maintain equipment and monitor imaging supplies.
• Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Support organizational Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology, or
• Eligible for ARRT credentialing upon completion of an accredited program.

Certifications & Licensure

• ARRT certification required within 12 months of program completion.
• Current South Carolina Radiologic Technologist License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
