Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in West Virginia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, position patients, and ensure highest standards of radiation safety. You will work with physicians and medical assistants to deliver accurate imaging and support patient care throughout the center.

The role requires ARRT certification and a state license if required, BLS, and preferred clinical experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; graduate of approved Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire; state licensure as Radiologic Technologist if applicable.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray procedures for patients of all ages under provider direction.
• Position patients correctly and ensure radiation safety, ALARA standards.
• Maintain and document patient records and image quality in the EMR.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operation.
• Collaborate with medical staff to determine appropriate views and procedures.
