Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technologist, Radiographer) operates equipment and performs radiologic procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast media to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. They assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment by producing high-quality radiographs following established protocols and selecting appropriate exposure factors, considering patient age and diagnosis.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Tech program preferred

Licensure:

• Current CT Radiographer License required
• CPR validation within 3 months of hire
