Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire; state licensure as Radiologic Technologist may be required by state law.
• BLS certification required at time of hire, from ARC or AHA.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray procedures and radiologic examinations for patients of all ages.
• Position patients correctly and protect them during imaging to ensure optimal quality.
• Maintain medical records and documentation related to imaging procedures.
• Provide support to medical providers, assistants, and patients as part of patient care management.
• Ensure equipment maintenance, QA/QC logs, and calibration as required.
• Assist with patient flow and communication during the imaging process.
