A Radiology Technician performs imaging procedures on patients, capturing images of specific areas of the body using radiographic technology. They prepare patients for procedures, position them correctly, and operate necessary equipment to produce high-quality images.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two-year Medical Association approved course in Radiologic Technology or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Possession of, or eligible for, required Certification by the AART as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Those hired with “or eligible for” status must take the first available exam for certification and are required to pass within six months from hire date.
• CT experience required
• Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine, MRI, Echo, Mammography, and Ultrasounds required to answer patient questions and schedule exams
• Must be willing to obtain MRI credentials

Preferred Qualifications:

• MRI experience
• EPIC experience
• 2 or more years of rad tech experience

Starting wage of $26.35. Pay rate is adjusted accordingly based on years of experience and additional certifications in imaging modules such as CT, MRI, & Mammo.
