Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Marble Falls, TX is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a PRN (as needed) role in the Radiology department. The technologist will perform radiology procedures, maintain imaging quality, and ensure safety protocols.

The position requires ARRT-R Radiography certification and the ability to communicate clearly with patients using AIDET, while adhering to department policies and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography certification (registered radiologic technologist).

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology procedures on patients according to exam protocol.
• Uses AIDET to communicate with patients and obtain consent and history as needed.
• Maintains safety, infection-control, and radiation protection standards.
• Prepares patient and equipment, positions patient, and adjusts exposure factors.
• Maintains imaging records and ensures documentation is complete.
