Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Marble Falls TX seeks a Mammography Technologist I under Radiology supervision to perform Breast Imaging procedures as requested by a physician or licensed provider.

You will communicate with patients using AIDET, ensure safety and infection control, and maintain accurate imaging records, while supporting department operations in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT-M Mammography certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality Breast Imaging procedures according to exam protocol and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with patients using AIDET and explain tests to reduce anxiety.
• Position patient and adjust equipment to obtain proper exposure factors.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and sterile techniques per policies.
• Maintain equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Obtain and maintain relevant patient documentation and medical records.
