Job summary

Advocate Health Imaging Services in Wisconsin seeks a Radiologic Technologist to conduct radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, explain procedures to patients, and ensure high-quality imaging. The role requires proper positioning, safety protocols, and collaboration with Radiologists.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Willingness to obtain Wisconsin radiographer licensure and ARRT registration.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate radiographic procedures including fluoroscopy.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain clinical history.
• Position patients and select exposure factors with radiation safety.
• Identify and label images; ensure exam accuracy and charge processing.
• Assist Radiologists and document procedures in RIS.
