Job summary

Owensboro Health Regional Hospital's Radiology department seeks a Radiologic Technologist to provide imaging services to patients. You will position patients and select exposure factors accurately, apply ALARA principles and assist physicians in various imaging procedures.

The role may involve preparing contrast media and medications within scope, setting up equipment, and upholding safety standards. The position requires critical thinking, the ability to work under minimal supervision in a busy

Qualifications

  • RT(R) licensure required within 12 months of hire.
  • KBMIRT Temporary Radiation License required upon hire or ROC certification required upon hire.
  • ROC - Radiation Operator Certification required upon hire.

Job Summary:

Provides imaging services to patients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists the physician in a variety of imaging procedures.
