Job summary

St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, NJ, is hiring a Radiologic Technologist for full-time night shifts. You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensure patient safety, and transmit images to PACS while collaborating with radiologists and clinicians.

Required NJDEP license, ARRT (R) certification, and JRCERT-accredited program, plus BLS. Sign-on bonus offered; benefits package provided.

Qualifications

• NJDEP Radiologic Technologist license is required.
• ARRT (R) certification is required.
• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification is required.
• Knowledge of PACS and RIS required.
• Strong communication and patient care skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations per physician orders and protocols.
• Position patients and operate radiographic equipment for high-quality images.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper identification during imaging.
• Process, review, and transmit images to PACS for interpretation and storage.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Participate in QA, QC, PI initiatives and maintain imaging records.

Education

NJDEP Radiologic Technologist license

ARRT (R) certification
