Job summary

Barrow Brain and Spine in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform high-quality radiographic procedures under a radiologist’s supervision. The role supports patient care, room setup, and ALARA-compliant safety practices.

You will work with AthenaOneEMR and PACS, maintain equipment records, and help ensure patient satisfaction while meeting regulatory requirements. Arizona licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiology technologist program.
• ARRT (RT) and MRTBE licensure.
• 1 year experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained before employment or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and accompany patients to dressing and exam rooms.
• Set up and maintain patient dressing and procedure rooms.
• Perform high quality radiographic procedures, under supervision of radiologist.
• Maintain procedure rooms and order/stock supplies.
• Ensure rapid, efficient turnover of procedure rooms.
• Follow radiation safety procedures per ALARA principles.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant privacy and confidentiality.
