Job Details:
- Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
- Location: On the road/greater Pleasanton/Fremont area
- Benefits: Travel reimbursement
Work Schedule:

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various medical imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, PET, Mammography)
- Associate’s degree in radiologic technology from an accredited school
- Valid state Radiologic Technologist license
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification
- Clean background check and drug screen
- New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:
- Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images
- Establish rapport with patients to identify service requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
- Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Prepare patients for procedures and position them appropriately
- Practice radiation safety techniques and minimize exposure
- Follow infection control policies and administer first aid when necessary
- Document procedures and maintain records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret images
- Travel to different healthcare facilities for mobile services
Additional Tasks:
- Conduct ultrasound examinations as prescribed
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures and address concerns
- Ensure equipment maintenance and calibration
- Follow established protocols and safety standards
- Record and document findings accurately
- Work closely with medical staff for diagnosis and patient care
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and privacy laws
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and compassion
