Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist Lead - CT to lead and mentor the CT team and collaborate with radiology professionals. You will work with high-acuity patients across ED, ICU, NICU, PICU, interoperative neuro MR, and OR to ensure exceptional imaging and care.

The role emphasizes leadership and clinical excellence in a dynamic ambulatory and hospital setting at UW Health Eastpark Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2 years of clinical radiology experience is required.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• ARRT Radiography and CT certifications required upon hire.
• Wisconsin Radiologic License required; CPR within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead others and share knowledge with Rad Techs in the CT Department.
• Work with higher acuity patients across ED, ICU, NICU, PICU, OR as needed.
• Ensure high-quality imaging and patient care in CT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support departmental goals.

Job description

Work Schedule

90% FTE, day/evening shift. Monday through Friday. You will work at UW Health Eastpark Medical Center. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay

UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefit package. Relevant work experience will be taken into consideration. You may be eligible for up to a $4,500 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
