Job summary

Emory Johns Creek Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic imaging procedures and support the radiology team. You will operate imaging equipment, position patients, ensure high-quality images, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires ARRT registration, BLS certification, and at least one year of experience. You will contribute to patient care, training, and quality improvement initiatives while working within Emory

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registration with current status is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs.
• Perform routine, portable, OR or fluoroscopy exams.
• Assist in training radiology staff and students.
• Maintain patient safety and radiation protection practices.
• Explain procedures to patients and families to ease anxiety.
• Document patient care and ensure accurate charting and billing.
