Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in Computed Tomography at Emory University Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital. You will operate CT equipment and related devices to acquire diagnostic scans, while ensuring patient safety, sterile technique, and precise documentation of procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and ARRT registered.
• Minimum of two years experience, with one year in CT.
• Advanced CT certification preferred; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment, power injectors, and other medical equipment to produce scans for diagnostic procedures.
• Provide quality care during diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
• Prepare patients with sterile technique and communicate needs effectively.
• Ensure documentation is accurate regarding patient care and procedures.
• Maintain safety measures to minimize radiation exposure and handle imaging equipment properly.
