Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Wrens, GA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging exams and ensure patient safety. You will work under the modality manager, applying ALARA principles and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Accredited program in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification or equivalent required.
• 1 year radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates modality imaging equipment per department protocol.
• Evaluates images for technical quality and ensures proper patient identification.
• Maintains patient safety and adheres to ALARA principles.
• Assists Radiologist with procedures and protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
