Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• No experience required.
• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the ARRT (R) Upon Hire.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures per established standards.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities and cares for patients across all ages.
• Positions patient, selects protocol, and uses required equipment to perform procedures.
• Maintains competencies for all related components and follows imaging protocols for exams performed.
• Provides patient education and communication per prescribed standards.
