Wellstar is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a PRN, variable schedule in Georgia. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality imaging services while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

The role requires completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT-R certification, with BLS. You will operate imaging equipment, uphold ALARA principles, and ensure accurate documentation in RIS/PACS.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) and BLS certifications required.

Aufgaben

• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and adjust technique to maintain diagnostic quality at the lowest possible dose.
• Prepare and position patients, ensure privacy and comfort, and follow infection control protocols.
• Verify orders and patient identifiers; explain procedures to patients and address questions.
