Job summary

South Shore Health System in Weymouth, MA seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, ensuring accurate imaging and patient safety. Under the supervision of the Department Manager, you will prepare patients, operate equipment, and follow isolation and infection control protocols.

You will confirm patient identity, explain procedures, monitor for adverse reactions to contrast, document results, and maintain high standards of radiation safety and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved two-year radiography program.
• MA state RT license or RT Temp license.
• Ability to maintain CEU records.
• Experience with radiographic/fluoroscopic exams.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort and modesty.
• Prepare and operate radiography equipment and supplies.
