Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Clovis, NM, seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. The incumbent supports designated areas, uses imaging equipment, and ensures patient safety and quality images in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred), NM RRT license or temporary license, and ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred or obtained within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures using appropriate equipment and established protocols.
• Operates and troubleshoots imaging equipment and systems to ensure quality images and efficient workflow.
• Provides basic patient care and support before, during, and after procedures.
• Completes required documentation and performs departmental clerical duties.
• Protects patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality while delivering compassionate care.
• Participates in quality improvement, patient safety, and departmental performance initiatives.
• Assists with the orientation of new employees and supports students during clinical rotations.
• Maintains a safe environment by following radiation safety, infection prevention, and departmental policies.
• Collaborates with Radiologists, providers, and other healthcare team members to support quality patient care.
