PAMF-Palo Alto Medical Foundation PAD
Competently performs routine and specialized radiology procedures to produce quality images for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and clinical skills to execute safe, precise procedures. Gains confidence and cooperation from patients and healthcare providers through competent assessment, monitoring, and communication. Adheres to all regulations and policies to ensure privacy and safety while delivering patient care. May also perform specific procedures or help orient staff.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
ARRT or CRT/DRT certification required. Evidence of application for CRT/DRT is acceptable; work may not begin until verified. BLS certification required upon hire. RHF certification within 180 days if required at the affiliate.
Minimum 2 years recent relevant experience.
Knowledge of diagnostic radiology principles, procedures, and equipment. Ability to respond to emergencies, perform routine examinations, and understand anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Strong communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and proficiency with computer applications and healthcare information systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and ensure patient privacy.
Day/Evening, Full Time, 8-hour shifts, variable days, occasional weekends.
Yes, including a pay range of $60.81 to $76.00/hour. Compensation considers experience, education, skills, and organizational needs. Benefits are comprehensive.
