Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• NYS CRT licensure required at hire.
• ARRT certification with CE credits upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares room and patient per order. Sets up equipment, positions patients, and determines exposure factors to produce a high-quality image.
• Maintains accurate patient record keeping and ensures images are sent to PACS correctly. May train new employees or lead day-to-day activities.
