Job summary

UCHealth Castle Rock Medical Center in Castle Rock, CO seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures in accordance with standards and organizational policies. This on-site role requires ARRT registration, BLS certification, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities include patient education, equipment preparation, image transmission, and ongoing quality control, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting and minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered radiologic technologist (ARRT) with R designation; state license if required.
• BLS certification in-hand before start date; renewals through AHA/ARC.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and orders; educate patients about procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as appropriate; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment, set exposure factors, and perform quality control.
• Position patients and perform imaging; analyze results and address image quality.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
