Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required, willing to cross train in CT.
• State of Maine radiology license required.
• Certificate in Radiology acceptable for ARRT + Maine radiology license.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic, fluoroscopic, and CT scanning per department protocols.
• Prepares and administers contrast per department protocols/radiologist guidance.
• Proficient in PACS functions and able to assist others as needed.
• Prepares and educates patients to procedures.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and reports issues to resolve.
• Performs phone/clerical/office duties as necessary within the department.
• Ensures proper order for patient imaging and obtains correct order when changes are required.
