Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across designated radiography areas. You will explain procedures to patients, operate fluoroscopic, portable, and other imaging equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

ARRT certification/eligibility within 90 days is required. The role includes a 36-hour work week with a 20K sign-on bonus, onsite at 267 Charles Street, and comprehensive

Qualifications

ARRT certification or eligibility within 90 days of hire.
State license required for Radiologic Technologist.
0-1 year radiology experience preferred.
Associate's Degree in Radiography preferred.

Responsibilities

Confirm patient and exam per history to ensure accurate imaging.
Explain exam to patient considering language needs and compliance.
Adjust equipment settings to obtain correct automated/manual factors.
Perform imaging using department protocols and radiologist requests.
Ensure exams are correctly labeled and transmitted to PACS.
