Job summary

Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using radiographic equipment and fluoroscopy. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, following safety protocols and providing patient care across designated radiography areas.

ARRT-registered technologists are required within 180 days of hire. The role expects flexibility to cover inpatient, outpatient, or emergency locations as needed to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Radiography required; Associate's Degree Radiography preferred.
• State license as Radiologic Technologist required.
• ARRT registration required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Confirms correct patient and exam to be performed
• Explains exam to patient and ensures understanding
• Adjusts equipment settings for safe imaging
• Performs imaging per department protocol and radiologist request
• Labeled exams correctly before transmission to PACS
