Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and image evaluation for patients across all ages. You will work under providers to deliver high-quality radiologic services and maintain accurate patient records.

The role requires ARRT registration, state licensure, and BLS certification, with a focus on safety and efficiency within a fast-paced urgent care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT registration and state licensure required at time of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients from newborn to elderly.
• Position patients and equipment for optimal imaging results.
• Maintain medical records and log completed procedures.
• Coordinate with providers and medical staff to determine procedures and views.
• Adhere to ALARA and radiation safety protocols; ensure equipment calibration and QA logs.
