Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray examinations and support imaging services across patient ages. You will position patients, operate radiologic equipment, ensure safety, and report results to providers.

Required are a High School Diploma and ARRT registration with state licensure where applicable; BLS certification is expected. The role includes administrative tasks and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• BLS certification required at time of hire (ARC or AHA).
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required by state law (if applicable).
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray examinations for patients of all ages under provider direction.
• Position patients correctly to obtain diagnostic-quality images while ensuring safety and ALARA principles.
• Conduct point-of-care testing as needed and document results.
• Maintain medical records and logs; input data into electronic systems.
• Assist with administrative tasks and clinic operations to keep the center running smoothly.
