Job summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures and support clinical staff in patient care across all age groups. You will ensure high-quality imaging, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with providers, proper patient preparation, and maintaining QA/QC logs, with opportunities for hands-on training and growth within the X-Ray

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist required where applicable.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients by applying x-ray energy for radiologic diagnosis.
• Position patients correctly and protect during use adhering to ALARA principles.
• Maintain medical records and scan charts to patient files; document procedures.
• Collaborate with Medical Providers and Assistants to determine procedures/views for accurate diagnoses.
