Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic imaging and support clinical teams across centers. The RT will operate X-ray equipment, ensure patient safety, and document procedures, providing high-quality diagnostic images for medical providers.

The role involves collaboration with physicians and medical assistants, adherence to ALARA safety principles, and accurate management of patient records while contributing to efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients by applying ionizing radiation.
• Position patients correctly and protect during use.
• Collaborate with providers and medical assistants on patient care.
• Maintain medical records and document procedures.
• Ensure ALARA radiation safety and quality control logs.
