Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging services and support clinical operations. You will apply ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes, position patients, and collaborate with providers and medical staff to ensure quality patient care.

The role requires ARRT registration and state licensure if applicable, with responsibilities extending to charting and equipment maintenance while following ALARA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is required at time of hire (if applicable by state law).

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients across all ages.
• Prepare patients and administer imaging procedures under provider guidance.
• Maintain medical records and QA/QA logs for equipment and procedures.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles.
