Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand anatomy, physiology and physics as it relates to radiography.
• Maintain ARRT registration and state licensure per Indiana requirements.
• Complete BLS certification and keep licensure current.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic exams and apply ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.
• Position patients, adjust immobilization devices and shielding; control exposure length and intensity.
• Prepare reports and records of services rendered per procedures.
• Relay equipment issues to Imaging Director and perform minor equipment adjustments.
