Job summary

HCHCARES in Indiana seeks a Radiologic Technologist to support diagnostic imaging under supervision. You will prepare patients, set up radiology equipment, and ensure protective measures are applied to minimize exposure. You will document services and maintain accurate records per established procedures.

The role requires completion of an approved Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT board certification, and active Indiana licensure, plus BLS certification. Prior RT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of anatomy, physiology, physics and radiologic exposure principles.
• Must comply with Indiana radiologic technology licensure requirements.
• Knowledge of radiation protection and patient positioning protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic exams under general supervision.
• Position patients and adjust equipment, shields, and exposure controls.
• Prepare reports and maintain service records per procedures.
• Report equipment issues to Imaging Director and perform minor adjustments.
