Job summary

Wellstar Radiology is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a PRN/variable schedule position in Georgia. You will operate imaging equipment, adhere to ALARA, and ensure patient safety and comfort while managing exams and documentation in RIS/PACS.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, with ARRT-R certification and BLS. Experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) certification and BLS required.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and competently.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort; maintain ALARA principles.
• Verify orders and patient identifiers before exams; document findings in RIS/PACS.
