Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in League City is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with a focus on safety, quality, and patient care. You will work in a team-driven environment, independently operating within approved protocols and contributing to excellent clinical outcomes.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a JRCERT-accredited program, along with ARRT and CMRT certifications and BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT).
• ARRT registration required; CMRT certification within 30 days of hire; BLS/CPR required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging examinations using approved protocols and ensure image quality.
• Maintain patient safety and apply ALARA principles.
• Review studies for accuracy; enter data into PACS and EMR systems.
• Provide patient care in a safe, compassionate environment; identify and address patient concerns.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain equipment and participate in quality assurance activities.
