Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform a wide range of Diagnostic Imaging procedures across patients of all ages, under supervision of a Radiologist or Manager.

You will follow ALARA principles to minimize exposure, ensure accurate images and patient data, and maintain compassionate, patient-centered care while adhering to aseptic technique and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Accredited Program Radiologic Technology.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
• ARRT-R – ARRT Radiography.
• BLS – Basic Life Support (Instructor or BLS).

Responsibilities

• Perform Diagnostic Imaging exams across ages.
• Adhere to department protocol and ALARA principles.
• Ensure patient identification and data accuracy.
• Provide patient care and maintain patient-family centered approach.
• Assist Radiologist with procedures and protocols.
• Comply with Wellstar Health System policies.
