Our Radiologic Technologists work in a fast-paced acute care environment, performing diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopic procedures while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• State of Connecticut Radiographer license.
• ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures in ambulatory or acute settings, positioning patients and operating x-ray equipment.
• Provide patient care during imaging exams and assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• May perform fluoroscopic procedures as needed.

Position Summary

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures in various locations including but not limited to ambulatory or acute settings by positioning patients, operating diagnostic x-ray equipment and providing patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment of the patient. Our Radiologic Technologists may perform fluoroscopic procedures as needed.
