Job summary

Troy Regional Medical Center in Troy, AL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures, including mobile radiography and fluoroscopy, and to operate radiation-producing equipment in a timely, professional manner.

You will assist the Radiologist, keep rooms stocked with supplies, handle filing and PACS tasks, and complete all paperwork and forms to ensure well-documented patient care for inpatients and outpatients.

Qualifications

Must be registered or registry eligible with the ARRT.
Experience in a hospital setting and CT are preferred.
Must be able to follow directions and perform work according to department standards.
Must be mature and able to work in stressful situations.
Have the ability to work independently professionally and thoroughly.

Responsibilities

Operate radiation-producing equipment and perform routine radiographic procedures including mobile radiography and fluoroscopy.
Provide services for all inpatients and outpatients in a timely and professional manner.
Assist the Radiologist with diagnostic examinations and keep radiography rooms stocked with supplies.
Complete paperwork, history sheets, and e-forms to ensure well-documented patient care.
