Job summary

Troy Regional is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The Technologist will operate radiation-producing equipment and perform routine radiographic procedures including mobile radiography and fluoroscopy for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include PACS filing and retrieval, clerical duties, and assisting radiologists. ARRT certification or registry eligibility and BLS are required; hospital experience and CT are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT registered or registry eligible.
• Experience in a hospital setting and CT preferred.
• Able to follow directions and perform work according to department standards.
• Mature and able to work in stressful situations.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures including mobile radiography and fluoroscopy.
• Operate radiation-producing equipment independently and safely.
• Maintain film printing, storage, and retrieval in the PACS system.
• Complete all paperwork, history sheets, and computerized e-forms for patient care.
• Provide services for inpatients and outpatients of all age groups in a timely and professional manner.
