Rochester Regional HealthMassena Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist – Multi Modal to perform radiology, CT, and mammography with a focus on patient care and safety. The role supports radiologists and participates in interventional procedures.

The position requires NYS licensure or permit with licensure, ARRT certification within a year if licensed after 2007, and BLS within 3 months. Per Diem schedule includes days/evenings and on‑call duties in Massena, NY.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Must have NYS license in Radiologic Technology or a permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire.
• If licensed after 2007 must obtain ARRT Certification within 1 year of hire.
• Must obtain AHA BLS within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs Radiology, CT, and/or mammography/bone density procedures.
• Assists radiologist in radiology interventional procedures and provides images for interpretation.
• Adheres to radiology safety guidelines and educates staff and patients on safety.
• Follows patient identification, education, consents, order verification, and infection control policies.
• Participates in QA/QC procedures and maintains imaging quality and safety standards.
