Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program required.
• Licensure: WY license or temporary license upon hire; ARRT registry required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in medical imaging preferred.
• Certifications: BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patients for x-rays and selects exposure factors.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and medications within scope and regulations.
• Interpersonal communication and professional conduct expectations.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills for all age groups (Neonate to Geriatric).
• Maintains accurate documentation of medications and procedures.
• Performs procedures according to protocols and ensures optimum exams are obtained.
