Job summary

Billings Clinic is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join Roundup Memorial Hospital in Roundup, MT. Under general supervision, you will operate radiographic and sonographic equipment, position patients, and ensure exposures meet safety and protocol standards.

Responsibilities include image management, assisting physicians, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining equipment and supplies, with opportunities for growth within a Magnet-recognized organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized AMA Council of Education program in Radiological Technology.
• ARRT certification or board eligible (must achieve credential within six months).
• Current Montana license as a Radiology Technologist.
• CPR/BLS Certification for health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiographic and sonographic equipment under supervision and positions patients for exams.
• Ensures proper exposure settings and acquires images following department procedures.
• Assists physicians during examinations and with contrast media as needed.
• Coordinates scheduling, transportation, and scanning of patients.
• Maintains image storage in PACS and assists with clerical tasks as required.
• Maintains clean, organized radiology work areas and adheres to safety standards.
