Wellstar is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform a broad range of diagnostic imaging procedures across diverse patient ages. You will work under a Radiologist or Manager to deliver high-quality images and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the exam process.

The role requires an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-R certification, and BLS. You will adhere to ALARA principles, maintain strict asepsis, and support physicians with procedures while upholding Wellstar

Qualifications

• Accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire, instructor or basic life support accepted.

Responsabilités

• Perform Diagnostic Imaging exams across patient ages.
• Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure proper patient identification.
• Assist radiologists with procedures and protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and aseptic technique.
• Adhere to Wellstar Health System policies and standards.
