Job summary

Loyola Medicine in Melrose Park, IL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the 2nd shift to support our imaging team. This part-time position offers evening hours with schedule options (11:30am-8pm, 2:30pm-11pm, 3pm-11:30pm) and every-other weekend rotation, designed to provide a balanced workload and predictable routine.

You’ll join a mission-driven team using state-of-the-art imaging technology. Requirements include an Associate’s degree or equivalent, ARRT (R) certification, Illinois IEMA

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent training required.
• ARRT (R) certification required.
• Illinois IEMA License required; CPR (AHA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures following established protocols.
• Position and protect patients to ensure optimal image quality and safety.
• Maintain imaging equipment and collaborate with radiology team to deliver diagnostic care.

What You’ll Need

• Experience Required: Less than 1 years of relevant Radiologic Technology experience
• Education Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent training
• Preferred: Degree in Radiologic Technology
• Licensure & Certifications Required: R.T. (R) (ARRT) Illinois IEMA License CPR (AHA only)
• Recent Graduates 90 days to obtain certification
• Other: For applicants that are certified by ARRT prior to 2015, no associate degree is required. For applicants certified thereafter or that are not certified, an associate degree is required due to the change in ARRT’s Certification Requirements

Pay Range: $30.00 - 46.00 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
