Qualifications

• Graduate of approved School of Radiological Technology.
• ARRT Certification.
• Licensed by the Massachusetts Radiation Control Board.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Follows hospital protocol for exam routines and produces quality studies in an efficient, timely manner.
• Operates department equipment and completes training as needed.
• Completes administrative portions of procedures and assists patient and room preparation.
• Maintains patient safety and adheres to ALARA guidelines during imaging.
• Communicates with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure accurate and efficient exams.
