Hometown Urgent Care & Occupational Health is seeking a dependable X-Ray Technician to perform routine radiographs in a low-stress outpatient environment. You will travel between Groveport, Lancaster, and Canal Winchester clinics providing mobile X-ray services and supporting providers with patient care.

Requirements include active RT or GXMO certification, 1–2 years of clinic experience, good communication, and the ability to work independently while being a team player.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Perform standard radiographic exams as ordered by providers.

Overview:

Are you looking for a more relaxed, patient-focused radiology role—without the stress of surgery or complex imaging procedures? We are seeking a dependable and professional X-Ray Technician to join our friendly, fast-paced team. This is a low-stress clinical position with no surgeries, no fluoroscopic exams, and no hospital environment. As part of our outpatient urgent care setting, you'll support providers by performing routine diagnostic X-rays and helping ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient.

This position would travel between Groveport/Lancaster/Canal Winchester.

Duties:

• Perform standard radiographic exams as ordered by providers—no fluoroscopy or advanced imaging required
• Travel between our Lancaster/Groveport/Canal Winchester clinics to provide mobile X-ray services
• Assist with basic patient intake: history, vitals, and registration
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized exam rooms
• Ensure proper function and cleanliness of X-ray equipment; report issues promptly
• Log and document X-ray procedures accurately
• Support a positive patient experience with clear communication and compassionate care
• Occasionally train new team members and assist in light clinical flow tasks

Requirements

• Active RT or GXMO certification (required)
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinic or physician practice preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Basic EMR/computer skills
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between designated sites
• A calm, flexible, service-oriented mindset
