Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is seeking a dependable X-Ray Technician to join a friendly, fast-paced outpatient team. The role involves performing standard radiographic exams, traveling between Groveport, Lancaster, and Canal Winchester clinics to provide mobile X-ray services, and supporting patient intake and room readiness.

The position requires active RT or GXMO certification, 1–2 years of clinic experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform standard radiographic exams as ordered by providers; no fluoroscopy.
• Travel between Lancaster, Groveport, and Canal Winchester clinics to provide mobile X-ray services.
• Assist with basic patient intake: history, vitals, and registration.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized exam rooms.
• Ensure proper function and cleanliness of X-ray equipment; report issues promptly.
• Log and document X-ray procedures accurately.
• Support a positive patient experience with clear communication and compassionate care.
• Occasionally train new team members and assist in light clinical flow tasks.
• Current RT or GXMO certification is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinic or physician practice preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Basic EMR/computer skills.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between designated sites.
• A calm, flexible, service-oriented mindset.

Overview:

Are you looking for a more relaxed, patient-focused radiology role—without the stress of surgery or complex imaging procedures? We are seeking a dependable and professionalX-Ray Technicianto join our friendly, fast-paced team. This is alow-stress clinical positionwithno surgeries, no fluoroscopic exams,and no hospital environment. As part of our outpatient urgent care setting, you’ll support providers by performing routine diagnostic X-rays and helping ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient.

This position would travel between Groveport/Lancaster/Canal Winchester.
