Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographs with emphasis on patient safety and quality imaging. You may provide instruction to radiography students and assist in evaluating their competencies.
Responsibilities include obtaining patient history, ensuring proper requisition, explaining procedures, and maintaining ALARA standards while collaborating with radiologists and other modalities.

Performs diagnostic radiographs of patients while maintaining patient safety. May provide clinical instruction to prospective radiologic technologist students and assist in evaluating students ability to perform procedures.
HS GRAD/EQUIVALENT
Required: Continuing education, 24 CEU credits for license. Maintains current knowledge of professional discipline & educational methodologies through continuing professional development. Experience with patient care in a radiology setting.
